Burkina Faso international Aristide Bancé has arrived in Egypt to complete move to Egyptian Premier League side.
32-year-old Aristide Bancé has arrived in Egypt ahead of completing his move to Port Said outfits Al Masry.
The striker enjoyed a prolific spell at ASEC Mimosas of Ivory Coast, guiding the club to the Ligue 1 title after joining them less than a year ago.
Bancé caught the eye of clubs around Africa after his goal against Egypt in the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations in Gabon.
Al Masry will become the player’s 20th club in his 18-year career, having previously featured for FSV Mainz, Al Ahli UAE, FC Augsburg & HJK Helsinki among several others.
The Port Said side have already captured the signature of Hilal Obaid forward Cheikh Moukouro as well as having Wilson in their ranks, with Bance completing their foreign players’ quota for next season.
The club secured a top four finish in the league this season and should Misr Lel Maqassa eliminate Smouha from the Egypt Cup quarter final, they will guarantee game time in next season’s CAF Confederation Cup for the second season in a row under Hossam Hassan
